You can Strike it Rich in Affiliate Sales in 2022!
Affiliate sales are set to boom in 2022. You have a real opportunity to “strike it rich” when you get on board with the 21st century’s changing economy.
For years, going well back into the last decade of the 20th century, affiliate sales have been gaining momentum. That’s because many people quickly noticed that they could make a lot of money in the online world selling someone else’ products for a commission, rather than trying to sell from traditional “brick-and-mortar” stores.
Brand new markets – but beware!
One of the really crazy things that happened is that some of those who started making pretty good money in affiliate sales spotted a huge opportunity. People noticed the opportunities available in affiliate sales, but more had no idea how. Savvy marketers (many dishonest) started selling how-to products that were supposed to take all the work out of affiliate marketing, while practically guaranteeing success.
Notice I said “practically.” Somewhere in the fine print, well below all the slick marketing copy on the sales pages was a disclaimer stating that not everyone would achieve the same level of success, and that there was no guarantee that anyone would make any money.
In fact, very few who bought into these slick schemes made any money, other than the ones who created them and their friends. The problem then and still the problem today is that you just can’t sell anything unless you get it in front of a lot of eyes. Even more, you have to get it in front of the eyes of people who are looking for what you have to sell.
There is a “secret”
For example, the best thing to sell on traffic exchanges is products that help people to make money using traffic exchanges. Therein lies the biggest secret to successful affiliate sales: Know your market and sell them what they’re looking for.
You can get rich in affiliate sales ! But you need two things.
- a target market – aka – a list or group of people to sell to
- what your target market wants
If you have these two things, you can get rich in affiliate sales.
Think about it…
As an affiliate, you have no heavy overhead, and even better, you have total control over your overhead.
You don’t have to pay rent or a mortgage on property.
You don’t have to carry any inventory – in fact – you can’t.
You don’t need any employees.
You don’t have to have any kind of “store hours.” You work when you want to, setting your own schedule.
Affiliate sales are the best choice for anyone who’s serious about making good money in the 21st century – especially right now. With all the things going on in the world, more and more people are shopping online, rather than the mall.
All YOU need to do is get in front of all these buyers with the products or services they’re looking for. Even better, like I said above, you don’t need to carry any inventory! All you need to do is show people WHERE they can get what they’re looking for (with your affiliate link) and collect a commission for everything they buy!
But how?
The first thing you need to do is to determine your market. Where are your people? What are they looking for?
If they are people you already know on social media and you have a large following, you’re already well on your way. Find out what most of them are looking for (if they really are your friends, they must have similar interests to you) and then find companies who provide those products or services and who have an affiliate program. There are lots of them!
If you don’t have a list or following on social media, or want to grow your business (who doesn’t?), you must start a blog. You can do it just like this, by writing articles that appeal to your target audience. Or you can do it with video posts (a “vlog”). Whatever you are most comfortable with is the way to go. You can even do both, which many people do.
Get started
There is a saying that few plan to fail, but many fail to plan. If you don’t get started on your plan for success in affiliate sales, you will never achieve success. You have to get started. No one will do it for you!
